Leadership Council

Mission:  To improve the health of the peole of Sheboygan County leading to a community with "Everyone Living Better, Longer"

Purpose: The Leadership Council provides oversight and contributes to decision making process of Healthy Sheboygan County 2020 Coalition and its various subcommittees.

Members: The Leadership Council includes members of the community including, but not limited to, leadership from local community organizations relevant to the mission of Healthy Sheboygan County. Healthy Sheboygan County Community Health Committees chair persons also are members of the Leadership Council.

New Infrastructure: For HSC 2020 to be successful in making substantial improvement in the overall health of the community, there was a recognized need for a stronger infrastructure and active participation of leadership from key health/social service agencies. 

The new infrastructure, shown below, supports a multi-stakeholder leadership group that is focused on having a collective impact towards a common agenda, shared measurement systems, mutually reinforcing activities, continuous communication, and backbone support organizations.
